Stage 1:  Preparing the Home for Sale

  • Property Inspection - Before we list your home, we will inspect and identify improvements that could increase profit on the sale

  • Staging - When needed, a professional decorator will stage your home so it can be presented in its best possible light.

  • Establishing Goals - Markets can fluctuate so it's important to establish your goals so that we can work hard to meet them.

  • Listing Price - Establishing a competitive listing price is critical to the success of the sale. We use the most advance CMA tools to derive the right price.

  • Identify profitable home improvement opportunities

 

Stage 2:  Promoting the Property

  • Digital photography - Like every home we list, once your home is ready to list, we will have professional quality digital photos taken. 

  • Full-color property brochures - Beautifully designed brochures will be created for both print media as well for a PDF virtual brochure on our website.

  • Full-color postcards of your home will be designed and mailed out.

  • Distributed at showings, open houses, public venues, and direct mail

 

Step 3: Technology Tools

  • IDX - The Internet Data Exchange is an electronic list of Homes for Sale sent out on the web. Your home will be listed on several real estate websites.

  • Our Website - www.miznerestateproperties.com will feature this entire list of property listings for all viewers who come to this site to search for homes.

  • Email Updates – Our website also features an automated MLS search for clients who are seeking properties. They can enlist their search on our site, and receive emails daily with listings that meet their criteria. Your home will be featured in that service.

  • Wireless Devices - Survey's indicate that consumers have a high expectation for instant data retrieval and communication.  Recognizing the consumer’s high expectations we have set our goal to exceed their expectations.
